Armed with an experienced and knowledgeable staff , Cloud 9 CrossFit is ready to shake things up and help you achieve the peak of your athletic performance. Whether you’re in top physical condition or have never lifted a weight in your life, all of our workouts of the day (WOD’s) can be scaled to ensure you’re reaching your maximum potential.

All of our classes are conducted within one hour and are monitored by certified coaches, who are CrossFit Level 1 Certified, Olympic Lifting Certified, or higher. You will learn from some of the top athletes in the area who will provide you with a safe, fun and intense workout.
