In Teams of 2, Partners will move through 5 stations to score As Many Points as Possible:

1:00 Wall Balls
1:00 Rest
1:00 Pushups
1:00 Rest
1:00 Box Jumps
1:00 Rest
1:00 Push Press 75#
1:00 Rest
1:00 Anchored Situps
1:00 Rest

One Partner works for the entire 1:00, and then rests while the other partner works for 1:00. Complete the cycle 3 times each.
