“7 Deadly Sins Relay”

In Teams of 2, complete the movement at each station relay-style for time.

– Only 1 person working at a time.
– One person must finish the reps before the next person starts.
– The entire team must finish before moving onto the next station.

Stations:

1. Run 800m (400m ea)

2. 15 HSPU

3. 25 Wall Balls 20/14#

4. 20 Pull-ups

4. 50 Box Jumps 24/20″

5. 5 Muscle Ups or 20 Toes to Bar

6. 25 KB Swings, 50/35#

7. 15 Burpees
