Before class starts walking lunge the length of the gym

Specific Warmup

Coach led banded mobility

Strength

Metcon (Weight)

Back squat 5×3 for total pounds
Build up to working weight then start 5×5 straight across. Each rep adds to the total.

Conditioning

100-10 double unders

1-10 strict pull ups

No measure here. Alternate each movement. Challenge the pull up with added weight if needed but should not break more than once in any set.
