Partner WOD:
Complete all reps of

100 Medball Cleans
100 Ring Rows
100 Sit ups
100 Medball Thrusters
-Only one partner may be working on the reps at a time.
-The other partner will be rowing for Calories.
-The partner performing reps may only work while the other partner is actively rowing.
-Partners must complete all the reps for one exercise before moving on to the next.
