Squat therapy drill warm up ~10min

• 2 min coach stretch each leg

• 2 min of squat therapy against wall (~10 reps)

• 1 min of pidgeon stretch each leg

• 2 min of squat with a counterbalance plate or kb (~10 reps)

• Coaches choice review of pull-up and push-up ~5-7min

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Stimulus: high rep, consistent pace. If you have a history in wodify, try and PR! (hand protection is recommended!)
