– The Team accumulates AMRAP of unbroken Ground to OH reps
– 5 Barbells per team: Ladies- 65/75/95/105/115, Gentlemen-115/125/135/155/165
– Reps are to be done unbroken, so choose a weight that you can do several reps unbroken but not struggling with heavy weight
– After you cannot do any more G2OH, immediately begin a 250m row and 10 Burpees
– Teammates can work simultaneously in accumulating reps
– Calculate your total reps
