400m Run- Alternate every 100m
50 Burpees
40 1arm KB Push Press, 50/35- Alternate arms every 5 reps
30 Chest to Bar Pullups
20 GHD Situps
10 Handstand Pushups

Teams of 2.
One partner working at a time, you may partition the reps however you want.
Team shares equipment.
If one person is working alone, cut the reps in half.
