WOD

The WOD will be broken up into 3, 8-minute Rounds against a constantly running clock.

Round 1- Minute 0-8
Round 2- Minute 8-16
Round 3- Minute 16-24

Record your unbroken reps for each round.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Round 1: In 8 Minutes, Run 800m as quickly as possible. In the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Kettlebell Swings, 50/35. Rest until Part B.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Round 2: In 8 Minutes, Run 800m as quickly as possible. In the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Double Unders. If you are doing single jump ropes, complete 300 in the remaining time. Rest until Part C.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Round 3: In 8 Minutes, Run 800m as quickly as possible. In the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Wall Balls, 20/14.
