Begin standing, reach down to a position where you can keep your legs straight and walk your hands out to a push up position. Keeping the legs straight (!) walk the feet up to the hands.

With a continuously running clock, sprint 200 m, rest 1:1. Check your time on the clock when you come back in and take that amount of rest before starting the next round. Score your total time including the rest periods.
