In Teams of 2, Partners Alternate Whole Rounds for Time:

6 Rounds (3 rounds per person):
5 Power Snatches, RX 135/95, Scaled 115/75
10 Burpees Over the Bar
15 Toes to Bar, Knees to Elbows

4 Rounds (2 rounds per person):
10 Power Clean and Jerk
15 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Dumbbell or KB Goblet Squats, RX 70/50 Scaled 50/20

2 Rounds (1 round per person):
15 Front Rack Walking Lunges
20 Alternating Dumbbell or KB Snatches, RX 50/35, Scaled 35/20
25 Wall Balls, 20/14

– You must alternate rounds as a team.
– Try to use one set of equipment between the 2 teammates if possible.
– The barbell weight should stay the same the entire time.
– You must complete each sequence before moving on to the next set.
