1 Person does “Isabel”- 30 Snatches 135/95

1 Person does “Grace”- 30 Clean and Jerks 135/95

1 Person does “Fran”- 21-15-9 Thrusters and Pullups

Team “Karen”- 150 Wall Balls

-Choose who is going to do what WOD.
-The team will split the reps for “Karen”. You can partition the reps however you want.
-Each team shares equipment- change weights as necessary.
