Metcon (Weight)

10 Sets of increasing weight:

1 Snatch Balance
1 OH Squat
Rest 1:30 between each lift.

-From the rack.
-Add weight to each set during your rest.
-Stand tall after Snatch Balance before beginning OH Squat.


Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for Time:
5 Muscle Snatches (no jerk!), 125/85
10 lateral tuck jumps over the bar
