Squat and front rack mobility. Feel free to use the barbell side to warm up your squat clean.


10 min of squat clean ladder:

4 barbells per lane

weights will ascend roughly every 2-3 minutes


You will choose 3 movements from the list. Each from a different category to form a triplet workout. It will be a 10 min AMRAP. Reps will be pre assigned to each movement.
