4 barbells per lane
weights will ascend roughly every 2-3 minutes
You will choose 3 movements from the list. Each from a different category to form a triplet workout. It will be a 10 min AMRAP. Reps will be pre assigned to each movement.

6 reps of weightlifting choice
20 reps of gymnastics choice
