40 push presses 65/45, handstand hold

30 alternating box jumps 24/20

20 alternating hang snatch 65/45

10 strict pull ups, dead hang
Teams of 2. For all movements that aren’t alternating, one partner must hold the static movement for the reps to count. Teams may split the reps as needed.
